    Dear Blackbeauty,

    How nice it would be if companies arrange for the team to interact with each other socially? They should provide an hour or two every month/quarter to have video conference to know each other in the team working remotely. Frankly, when you have faces to the names we work with, it makes the team stronger and overall productivity will improve. There is no point in having Human Resources managers if the companies don't have the right policies for members of the team to socialize and get to know each other well.

    Yeah that's the truth. Point is that in the organisation I work with I haven't seen my HR manager so far in my two years stint. How can we expect HR's to do this when they themselves come and show their face once in a while.
