u can boil the lobster tail remove the meat and use it in any crab recipe. or u can cut up(down the middle) and use too. unlike crab ,lobster shells esp the claws don't get soft on cooking.that's why suggest to remove the meat. lobster tastes pretty much like crab minus alittle sweetness. so try it in your fav crab recipe and see. lobster is called 'kal era' in tamil
