This same word to word forward except that Palakkad was replaced by a locality in Mumbai came to me through one whatsapp group.That now seemed too good to be true (I mean imagine a place in Mumbai where soil, water, climate etc makes people live 100 years!! Sounded too good to be true)

Looks like people are inserting the name of the place they like a lot in the article and forwarding the article making gullible think that it is indeed true.

WhatsApp forwards mostly to be fact checked before one decides to forward to others.
A friend of mine pro tatas sent a video that shows huge boulder hit a tata car in a mountain path and five people from behind damaged car emerged walking straight! Being an auto engineer i asked the friend who forwarded it as how was it possible to get occupants of car come out when doors after damage can’t be so easily opened! He has no answer.
