Life Of Shreya

Shreya was a pretty girl of age 23, working in an auditing firm in a metro. She is pursuing her Chartered accountancy also now, after her B.com degree. She is staying in a ladies PG , sharing her room with Meera , an accountant in a company. Shreya hails from a town , Meera from a village . they are great friends. In the PG her other friends are Teena, Akila ,Asha to name a few. Their warden is Miss shyama, a forty year old married woman. Shreya 's life was beautiful until the day . The day was on the first of last month, when she had to come late from office. She saw a woman following her. She was scared and ran from the bus stop to her PG as fast as she could. From that day the lady follows her in the evening for no reason. She does not talk to her nor ask for help. One day she comes alone , another day she does with her kid. But still Shreya doubts the lady' s intention. So she is scared

 

Part 2
Shreya was confused if she can tell her lady following problem to Meera or not. Meera might brush off the issue stating it to be a Desperate poor woman following her for food . The same thing happened. Meera started laughing loudly.Shreya got angry. If that lady was a beggar she should have asked her for help. But she didn't do so. Shreya was sure that the lady was trying to rob her. Now for few days the lady follower was not seen . Shreya was happy and relieved. Meera too was relieved from her boring unwanted fear and stories. One fine Sunday morning Shreya was returning from grocery. Suddenly the lady appeared , now with two children. They all approached near Shreya.

 

The lady approached near her and suddenly fell on her leg. Shreya got scared. She asked the lady to get up. Asked her who she was. The lady told her name was Saraswathi, and she was working as a labour in the building constructions. She resides in the slum near by. Now 6 months back her husband Mr Ashok a night watch man in the nearby apartment. , met with accident with a bike. The bike did not stop.He was hospitalized at the right time after the accident by Shreya. Shreya also had noted down the bike number and reported the traffic police.If otherwise he would not been alive now. Shreya had left before Latham came to The hospital.The hospital gave the details of Shreya. The bike rider was caught. He paid for the hospital and medicine. The court ordered him to give a compensation too. Latha always wanted to talk to Shreya but , she saw her becoming tensed on seeing her and run away. Latha felt sad and went away.so today she was determined to talk to her at any cost.Shreya felt happy and relieved. Good begets good . Latha presented a small vinayaka idol that she made herself to her. Shreya felt happier , even a costly gift from her friends will not equal a humble token of love .
