    I didnt soak or cook oats for this specific recipe.

    I just used quaker instant oats and home made yogurt...some nuts based on availability at home and salt per taste..

    I recently started preparing oats utappam with instant oats...I am loving it :).

    Below are the recipes I am following, Do try and share your feedback

    Oats utappam:
    - 1 Cup powdered quick oats
    - 1 Cup Yogurt(sour curd if possible)
    - Salt per taste

    Mix all the above ingredients,add lil water to get uttappam batter consistency.
    Pour it on hot tawa/pan and add onion/carrot/Green chillies/Jeera as per taste.
    Points to remember:
    Oats uttapam requires more oil than our regular uttapam else it will break. Cook on medium flame.

    I have never tried any oat recipe yet but after viewing such a mouth watering recipes I am thinking of to go ahead.
