    My dear Sudha !

    Thankyou for the F B.
Everyday in Chennai new avatars of ganesha are springing up !
One of them is Sait Pillayar in a reclining pose; ofcourse ones with computer, TV are all common.
    Love,
    Chithra.

    Dear Chitra,

That's a wonderful write-up about Ganesha... The deciption of Ganesha's 4 arms is something to learn....This article too was enlightening...No doubt, your religious thread has become an addiction to me...Ofcourse, a Very good and worthful addition...

The slokam towards the end, is unknown to me...So, one more learning for me !

    Thanks for the good post.

    Preethi

    Dear ChitVish,

Again a very beautiful write-up on our ever-favourite God, Lord Ganesha. The pictures are a feast to the eyes.

The name "LambaKarna" associated with Lord Ganesha was new to me. I thought the name was "SoorpaKarna" meaning "Lord with Long ears". We keep learning new things thanks to your posts.

Reading about Him and other ILites posts brought back memories of our UchiPillayar at Rockfort, Mukkurani Vinayakar in Madurai, Karpaga Vinayagar at Pillayarpatti and our BIG Ganesha in Basavangudi temple in Bangalore.

    Thanks again!
    Regards
    Vidya
