Legal Immigrants Rally in News

The legal immigrants rally took place on September 18th in Washington DC. There were 2000+ people who had come. We walked with placards from the Washington Monument to the Capitol Hill where various people like the Immigration Voice Core Team, Sheela Murthy, Congressman McDermott etc addressed us.

I was there with my family and it was a once in a lifetime experience!! We also got to meet our local congresswoman in the Senate and discuss these issues. It was truly a wonderful experience and my hubby and I are talking about it even now...
