nuisance in the mind is legal ?

female infanticide is illegal
aborted female foetus is legal ?

murdering human being is illegal
harbouring murderous thoughts are legal ?

prostitution is illegal
earning out of prostitution is legal ?

polluting the atmosphere is illegal
living in pollution is legal ?

when illegal itself is legal
legalising the illegal is – legal ?
