Hi Vijaylakshmi, Hope am not late in replying As far as i know the rates in that area is appx 3.5 k to 4k...but it also depends on the which exact location..for eg...Kalyan nagar will be bit cheaper than say HRBR layout... But overall it should not be more than 4 k...best idea to know the rates is to go to one of the real estate website and check the rates ..you will get an idea. Hope this helps. Priya
