I got thermal wear from chermas and good sweaters ( whatever best/thick I found in Hyd) and after going to Europe I bought real thick ones suitable for that weather from second hand shops. I do not remember the name of the shop though.

Best to have money to buy some really warm stuff when you get there. I live in upstate NY where we may have invented cold and even I am intimidated by a winter in Lapland.
