Indian kitchenware and table ware for sale, temple for sale

Since we are planning to move out of shanghai, we would like to sell some of our table ware and cooking utensils. the list is mentioned below.

1. Bone china Plates 6
2. Glasses 6
3. Bowls 6
4. Pots and pans 6
5. Cooker 1

All the utensils are less than 6 month old. and good for complete home cooking. I also have a Indian temple which I would like to sell.

In 2021, January I would like to come China for 3 months internship. That school has mentioned following cities I can select from...
Beijing – Shanghai – Hangzhou – Chengdu – Qingdao – Chongqing – Zhengzhou

My questions 1)Pls suggest me which city is beautiful and safe .?
2). If anyone would like to tell me reliable address of Chinese PG Or B&B during my stay.

As I am single and trustworthy (go thru my earlier posts for ref.) . If I will get accomodation Sharing it would be v. Easy and convenient for me to come abroad.
