lab/test centre for SA in chennai

    Hai,

    My husband got his SA and the results were hugely varying between two different test centres. Please suggest a reliable lab in chennai to do Semen Analysis.

    Hi,

    I would suggest MAARC which is Madras Andrology and Assisted Reproduction centre , BRS Hospital , Nungambakkam, which is specialised in such things. The urologist there, Dr. Rajasekaran is a very learned and experienced and aged about 75. He personally analysis every SA report and certifies it.

    I would definitely recommend this clinic and I'm sure you will get a good detailed analysis.

    please note SA results can vary between different centres for the same person when tested on the same day or even when tested say once in morning and then in evening in the same centre....know people who have personally experienced this

    still for sake of clarity its better to stick to one place/ hospital affiliated lab that has a good fertility/ gyn division

    also try and test the sample in morning time
