L2 Visa Interview!

Dear All,

I'm going alone for L2 visa interview in chennai. I'm little bit worried about what they will ask and how it will be. I haven't updated my husband's name in my passport. Is that creates problem?. Can anyone share your experience?

Akshay,

Don't worry. Be cool. As long as you have all valid documents they won't create any problems and that too for dependent visas, they will be usually very friendly.

Even I didn't have my DH name in my passport when I went for stamping. Make sure you have your original marriage certificate and marriage snaps with you (specially the ones with garlands and with priest and relatives etc). In case you are gng alone for the stamping, be prepared to answer questions about your DH work, company, sal etc. Tht's it. You should be through.

Updating your DH's name in passport is not mandatory.. Please do carry your marriage certificate.

Hi Guys,

I got my Visa. They have asked only two questions. 1. How many ppl came for your marriage? 2. Do you know who is your spouse client? that's it.
