Hi Ilites, Last week i was travelled to southadka (lord ganesha),dharmasthala(lord shiva) and kukke(lord subrahmanya) with my family. Climate is excellent full greenary place.It is 7 hours journey from bangalore.it is forest area so , bettrer to avoid night journey(if you are travelling by car). lord subrahmanya is very famous god in kuuke.people who are having problems and tensions regarding job,marriage and about getting children can visit these places for solution. Special poojas are there in temple to perform like ashlesha pooja,sarpa samskara pooja and some other important poojas are conducted by temple management. one important thing is you have to book the rooms through online or by telephone call.because some times like weekends rush very high with devotees.
