This thread has been very useful to me, since I am new to the world of cooking!! Do you have the recipe for "sandige huli"? It consists of nuchhina unde soaked in gravy. I know how to prepare the nuchhina unde, but not sure about the gravy i.e. huli. Please help me if you have any information on this. Bye. Veena.

Hi Kalpana, We call it as 'Parappu Urundai' . you can have it as a evening snack or you can put it in sambar or moorkuzhumbu. I have given the recipe in my forum. but giving it again here for you. enjoy. I want to tell you one thing kalpana, you put a query in the index thread.
