Dear Chithra, I am late to read your post, it has sure brought back sweet memories. We sisters used to go to all the elders in the colony in Trivandrum with a piece of turmeric in hand early in the morning. We did that whole heartedly then, and getting the blessings was very fulfilling. I feel that the blessings of those people only is giving us strength now to withstand the trials and turbulations life throws at us. I remembered all the elders who blessed me. And your words has virtually blessed us all. Thanks for the lovely post.
A Kolam we had in front of our flat Kolam drawn and coloured by my daughter so wanted to share with you all
Hi Rajmiarun, oh it is so lovely! Tell your daughter that the kolam is very beautiful. She can start drawing kolams daily and she will become an expert soon. Congrats to her.
Thanks Dear Varelakshmy, Thanks for the words of encouragement. She wanted to learn and draw one but as we are in the first floor of a flat we do it for almost all festivals. She is good at colours so learnt it fast and coloured it quickly.
Dear Seethalekshmy Amma ! Please do not strain yourself till your eyes are back to normal. Thankyou very much for the F B. Love, Chithra.
Missed this.. Dear Chitra, Another wonderful post from you for Kanu. I loved your Tamil greetings to all and thank you so much for it and wish you the same. As I have not been logging regularly, or only for a very short time, I have missed this post of yours and I guess a lot more too. Hope your Pongal went well and that you may post some latest pics of it?! You keep trudging ahead with your valuable contributions. Thanks again. L, Kamla
