Pallavi, I will give you translation here but sometimes English translation cannot be exact. This is problem faced when we translate Indian languages to English. andukoLLOlla = does not understand immediate aagi = takshaNa, = immediately. "Immediate" as you know is a word in English. English has become part and parcel of our daily conversation, so much that we unconsciously interlace English words with the Indian language we speak. andre = means Hope I have answered all your doubts. Hi, I feel the better translation for 'andukoLLOlla' would be "wouldn't mind". For eg, if 'Naanenu andukoLLolla' can be translated as 'I wouldn't mind'; and 'does not understand' in english can be translated as 'arthaAgolla' in kannada.
Naanenu means what? N can u plz write andukoLLolla in kannada so that I would get its exact pronunciation.
Hi Pallo. 'Naanenu' in kannada takes different meanings in differnt contexts. It does not have a standard meaning; so its really tough to give u the exact transaltion in english. The two words having different meanings put together gives a total different meaning. Hope i am not confusing u. Individually written, "Naanu means I or me" and "enu means what". 'AndukoLLalla' is written as ಅಂದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲ್ಲ in kannada.
Hi ramya, Ya actually i have got a bit confused abt ur sentence. Naanenu AndukoLLolla. If i try to translate it becomes What I wouldn't mind. For I wouldn't mind can v also say Naanu andukoLLolla?
Hello pallo.. No wonder u got confused. U can use 'naanu andukollalla' also. 'Naanenu' can be used to exaggarate the sentence. Its just like using "I wouldn't mind' and "I really wouldn't mind' in english.

Naanu andukoLLalla in hindi can be translated as 'mein nahin samjhoongi' and Naanenu andukoLLalla can be translated as 'mein kuch nahin samjhoongi' meaning 'I wouldn't mind' in english. 'Kuch' means 'something'. But, in the above sentence its just used for exaggaration. If u go on to translate the indian languages word-to-word in english, it gives a totally different and sometimes awkward meanings. Hope, i am able to convince u this time.
