    I followed these steps dear

    1.Go to lilypie
    2.Choose ur desired ticker
    3.go to
    Forum signatures: HTML • Ezboard • PseudoHTML, UBBCode and BB Code
    4.Copy that code
    5.Go to your control panel(Left side ,second option)
    6.In the drop down select Edit signature & paste the code
    7.Before [COLOR=#009900 !important]saving[/COLOR] see Review signature.
    8.If ok then save.

    Another friend helped me out with it and i did upload the ticker today..
    i didn't know i had to paste it on the edit signature box...i was trying to paste it on the option 1 - url box...

    Twins :wow.so when is your due date? How far are you in your pregnancy?
    you are ever welcome here.. This is my second one,so i may be able to help you with some of your queries.
    I just had my 12 week appointment today...and heard the babys heartbeat for the first time. That was so exciting. Now that i completed 3 months..everything seems so real.
    Do you have any symptoms?

    hii,
    i m into my 14th week now,and from the very early days i m also dealing with the same lower back pain and i m advised to take calcium rich food in my diet and not to sleep straight on my back ,its is better to turn on your side and sleep .u will get relief.
    and dont worry ,everything will be f9

    Guys I think I am feeling baby movements. Though I cannot tell exactly how it feels, I just kinda know it is baby. can we detect this early ?

    Hi vidya,
    An update,i am feeling a ticklish sensation just below my belly button since 2 days.
    first time moms usually feel the baby movements around 16- 20th week..during vani's time i felt her movements at 18th week, i felt like bubbles floating in my tummy..which became more clearer and consistent as days went by.
    Second time moms will feel it much earlier because the muscles are already relaxed and we are more in tune with how our body works...

    Vidya... If your body and mind says its your baby....believe it :)

    hi Anu.... Wecome to the club.

    Even i get lower back ache every now and then. I use a wedge pillow,this will keep the head raised thus less strain on the back.Stretching exercises do help me a lot. As you said sleeping on your sides is a good idea too..

    Ya though i know its really very early to detect I have a strong feeling it's baby. will wait for 3 4 more weeks for the clear movements :)

    I got my cervic length scan done and it is 4.3 mm and not 3. It was a mis-reading last time. Huge relief for me. Do check for this parameter in your NT scan
