Hi, He can do one of the following He can register in Websites like Naukri, Monster etc He can have a look at newspapers daily where he can get ads He can go to the IT company's website directly and register in it so that they give a call when his profile matches. Ask him not to worry since IT field is booming up again. All the IT companies(even top rated companies) are conducting huge walkins from last month or so even for freshers. So don't worry. ALL THE BEST.

If he did all the above, then surely he will get a job. Additional courses are not mandatory but its an added advantage :thumbsup. You have many additional courses provided in computer centers for Networking.
