It took 40 people more than nine hours to build the delicious sculpture, using half a tonne of pink icing and 30kg of sprinkles. The giant doughnut spans six metres and weighs 3.5 tonnes. The individual doughnuts will be donated to a charity which collects food for disadvantaged people.
