    Hi

    I am planning to buy a pent house in Jain Green Acres Pallavaram.
    As i am new to chennai , i would like to know some review about the building

    and also i have heard about the Heat factor , how is it in Jain green acres and also how will the penthouse be.

    Please let me know you comments , if anybody is current there in Jain acres on 4th floor please give your feedback
