    I doubt you get in houston. Why dont you just call the flower shops around your area and ask? May be they can arrange specailly or guide you where you can get them.

    I am not sure if you can get it. but Try to ask any of Priest in New Saibaba Temple or Meenaskhi Temple or Asta laxmi Temple..
