Is body wash an alternative for body soap?

    Hi Ladies,

    I like to use body washes.. But, i have a question whether body wash should be considered as an alternate for soap or both can be used at the same time... I use dove soap (shea butter) and then followed by dove body wash 9coconut jasmine)..

    any idea?

    Body wash is a soap. If you are using both you might get really dry skin especially in the winter here in USA. You can just go with the body wash alone.

    I have observed that body washes do not dry the skin as much as soap does...So I prefer to use bodywash instead of during winter season...

    you can just use body wash instead of soap...body wash helps skin to nourish and gives a great texture when compared to a soap....

    Is cherry blossom body gel (from bath and body shop) good for skin? Anyone using ?

    I think body wash is nothing but liquid form of soap. you can use body wash.
