This judgment was expected , this is the maximum sentence for a juvenile, that too can be reviewed!
Its sad that a culprit is judged by his age and not seriousness of crime.
It has been proved that the boy was the main perpetrator and tormentor of the victim and also the most vicious of all, he did maximum harm , but he will get the lightest sentence due to his age.

The victim in Asaram's molestation case is a juvenile/ minor so will the judge give a harsher sentence if charges are proved?
In Mumbai case one history sheeter has proved that he is a juvenile and the earlier birthdate was false.
Its said that now juveniles may be tempted to crime due to the light sentence awarded.

Nirbhaya's parents will be going to the higher court for justice.
A person should be judged according to the crime committed and not his age.

true, it is a big dissapointment, but it was expected. that is the maximum sentence a juvenile has to serve for any kind of crime.

A person should be judged according to the law of the land.

Hence the rational argument must be:

Is there any "way"(other than rallies) we can protest this judgement and support her parents or is it all in the hands of law?

In any case, he'll get judged in the supremest court....my deeeepest prayer to God.
