Intelligent, Clever & Wise

Should we choose to remain ever one of these?
Which category of candidates given more credits in job interviews?
Do you think a combination of all three in a person befits a berth in large organisation?

Do we think thieves are clever, intelligent & wise too when police can not trace them forever?
Whenever one come across the word “clever”, why thought of “fox” & “jackal” cross his or her mind?
How do one distinguish each of these attributes?
Society comprises people intelligent, dull headed, morons,eccentrics, clever, stupid, wise, fools, educated idiots so on & so forth.

Is it possible for one person to fit in all the three categories ? Can you of some one - a celebrity perhaps.

I read a story which goes like:

Three Men A,B &C - A - Wise Man, B - an Intelligent Man and C - a Clever man are sitting in a Bar when they see an angel coming towards them who on a scale of look for virtues possess all of 10.

A, B & C are all a 6 on the same scale for looks.
And the Angel looking at them says - I want you! I want you right Now!

A - The Wise man would immediately think that - I am a 6 and she is a 10. There could be something wrong in this deal. So he cheers and says -No thanks.

B - The Intelligent man broods over would and conclude -“Let me analyze why she want me. Maybe she just got released from Prison. Maybe she is a Nymphomaniac.” So he would spend all his time analysing why the angelic girl would want him but would not actually entertain the her request.

C - The Clever Man would immediately begin to find out about the risks involved in going with a total stranger from the A - the Wise Man and

the reasons why such an Angel could want someone like him from B - the Intelligent Man and

finally - He would evaluate actually to entertain the angel’s request, if there is a high probability of enjoying himself with low risk.

One may thus conclude that Wise Man can only be an Advisor, a Leader. He can evaluate situations best and use his wisdom to guide people.

An Intelligent Man is an Analyst. He can evaluate reasoning and logic better more than anyone else.

A Clever Man however always enjoys the benefit of an advice from wise man and draw up & derive intelligence from an Intelligent Man. He actually benefits the most from both - Wise man and Intelligent Man.

Clever Man - Dhirubhai Ambani - has numerous highly talented educated experienced Advisors & Analysts working for him while he minted millions of Rupees.

it is said at Dubai Petrol pump when Dhirubhai was working as a pump man, he used to collect coins of A particular denomination and when it was substantial he sold it as metal scrap and got money worth more the actual money value of those metal-coins. Was hewise or and clever?

There was a ten marks question in board exam of SSLC (present day XI std) in English for letter-writing about my travel experience to my Dad. It was not then easy task for me to think on my own; then but I remembered a short excerpt from story of RL Stevenson’s essay as a part of prescribed lessons which I had by hearted.

Excepting “ Dear Appa & your loving Son” rest of the letter I wrote was verbatim copy of that excerpt.

Wise Men sure to survive in all predicaments, Intelligent Men keeps helping society to turn healthy to thrive but it is always Clever Men ascends over all in society and triumphs easily to the pinnacle of glory called success.
