Hi I need some input from you guys on alwarthirunagar area in chennai.We are planning to buy an individual house in that area.My parents and my brother visited the place they really like the neighbourhood only thing is the house is 3o yrs old.We are not keen about the house but mainly looking for land in chennai city limit.So the condition of the house doesnt matter to us. Could anyone please let us know if its worth to invest on that area and also current rate per sqft in those areas.The land we are planning to buy is 60X40 we really interseted in that property but me and my DH are not sure rates in those areas.
