Indian Mangoes for Macho Harley!!!

I happened to find Indian mangoes in some grocery stores in the bay area. Got so excited to grab them, but was shocked to see the price, the mangoes were priced $3.99 each.
A box of one dozen mangoes cost $40.00!

They did not look too big or juicy and probably not very ready yet.
I tried one, it was good, but not worth the price compared to other mangoes available here.
Probably they need to ripe more..

Hope the price goes down in few weeks....

 

Hi all,
Read the news somewhere that our Indian mangoes have finally arrived in California. I didn't find them in namaste plaza and india cash n carry in Santa Clara. Anybody saw them? If so which grocery store.
