my name is neharika.we are planning to move to irving in june.im stay at home mom of a 8yr old girl.we are moving from california.my husband's job is in plano.never been to dallas before, so a bit concerned about the climate.i have heard it is unbearable in summer.what do kids do in summer wen its very hot n they have vacations.please can anyone solve this mystery....coz im very anxious abt the climate.

I am also living in irving. I am married with no kids.
The climate is hot in summer(from may to august) ..like india but with ac indoors.

I will be moving to Plano,TX by the end of May. I don't know anything about Dallas. Is there any beautiful places to see. I live in Minneapolis now and am looking forward to the hot climate. What are the rents like? I'm also from chennai and would love to meet you all. I've a 5 month baby girl.
