    Hi,
    I would like to get a nice cookbook for my friend who is American and loves cooking and Indian food(she wats to go the same Indian restaurant every week !:):)

    I have shortlisted American Masala and Julie Sanhi's Classic Indian Cooking.
    Anything else I should consider?
