    I am taking your request seriously and posting the recipe for Soyabean Sabzi. My fotu can wait, there is no hurry!

    Soya Bean Ki Sabzi

    Ingredients:

    1 packet of Soya Chunks (you get in market)
    1 medium sized Onion sliced finely
    ½ tsp Garam Masala
    1 green cardamom
    1 tbsp of Ginger-Garlic Paste
    Oil for cooking
    Salt to taste
    ½ tsp chaat masala
    ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
    Finely chopped Corriander Leaves for garnishing

    Procedure:
    Boil 2 cups of water with little salt in a pan. When you see bubbles in the water, add the soya chunks to it. After few minutes you will find the soya chunks fluffing up. Put off the gas and remove the pan from the fire. Strain the water and squeeze the chunks so that all the water gets strained out.
    In a pressure cooker, heat oil, add green cardamom, add sliced onion and sauté till they turn pinkish in colour. Now add ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp red chilli powder and ½ tsp garam masala powder, sauté till the masala gives out a fine aroma, quickly add the soya chunks and stir for 2 mins for the masala to make a nice film on the chunks. Add very little salt at this stage as the chunks are boiled in salt water. Now pour in a cup of water, stir and pressure cook the sabzi to a whistle. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves (washed and strained) and serve with hot phulkas or jeera rice.
