I saw a hindi movie called "Paheli". Shah Rukh Khan and Rani Mukherjee acted in that. They get married in the first scene. I think they were playing characters of a rajastani/bhojpuri? tribe of some sort. Anyway.. a ghost sees the beautiful RM, and falls in love. Soon after the marriage, and even before consummating it, SRK was sent away on some trading mission. The ghost assumes the SRK look+physique and comes to RM. Even after she knows that it is a ghost in the form of her husband, she uses that KOREAN proverb and keeps the ghost. A very pragmatic move. They have a love song, and a rainy consummation of their love.
Korea has so many television love dramas of various kinds. A number of them involve long separations, and separated hearts getting tempted into temporary arrangements that leave them with a whole lot of guilt, misgivings and other complications from those that know.
I think proverbs can get people into trouble. They encourage people to innovate, and mess up.

Need help from people who are good in Tamil and old Tamil Movies.
In one Tamil movie, the comedian Nagesh ( I think ) says
"Not everything that is white is milk, neither everything black is Gandhi".
Quite good; but I forgot the name of the movie or the context of this observation.
    Can anyone help ?
