    Can someone suggest what all i can take to improve my immunity?
    If there is any nutritionist in the forum, Please suggest what are the immunity boosting foods for adults?

    Taking highly protenic, and Vitamin based foods will help you to Rise immunity
    Banana, Dry fruits, Dry nuts like Badam, Pista, Wallnut, Beans varaitys, Leafy veggies, Jaggri, milk, Eggs, fish, etc will help alot in increasing the immunity
