    Though balanced diet provides nutrition for brain and boosts memory,the following food has little more effect on our little master Brain.

    1.Whole grains
    2.Vegetables - Beans,Leafy Vegetables
    3.Fruits-Berries esp Blueberries,Pomegranate,Avocado
    4.Nuts - Walnuts
    5.Water
    6.Freshly brewed green/black Tea
    7.Turmeric
    8.Fish,Oysters
    9.Dark Chocolate

    Daily evening take 1 full cup of

    Small piece of carrot
    1/2 of One Tomato
    1 slice Big Onion

    Wash your face
    before going out and after coming in
    before going to bed

    Don't use any cream on your face while taking this natural food

    Here is my exp shared....Dry Skin care...
    we cannot change the skin type....but we can take care of it...

    The food that is good for take care of dry skin is..
    1) Drink Plenty of Water
    2) raw food is preferable like salads with fresh vegetables, fruits, nuts etc.,
    3) Foods which includes garlic,onion and eggs..these will keep dry skin smooth
    4) Better to avoid junk food and fried food..

    The most healthy vegetables are leafy vegetables in tamil we say keerai.its fibre rich,iron rich,calcium and many minerals rich food.

    before cooking veggies we have to wash well thats important otherwise the gems also occupies stomach

    I have to share one point with you all.some fruits and vegetables look very fresh but they are hybrid or grown by artificial method which wont have any vitamins or power in it

    In tomato reddish and yellow color both have to be present which are natural tomatoes.fully red is artificial grown

    these tips i got from tv hence i want to share.vegetable .like brinjal which has some worms inside is a true and healthy brinjal

    so to be true the natural fruits,vegetables will be little bit dusty,or having worms are good one

    fresh looking vegetables wont have that much power at all.but we everyone like to have fresh and buying fresh items in big shopping mal.they are all grown artificially.for vegetable we have to take some extra care and buy it

    we cant avoid all foods and we cant eat all foods

    if we eat a heavy food on one day means next day foods will be a limited one thats very very important which avoid indigestion

    intake of cereals,whole bread,sprouts are good but not repeatedly taking this is good

    whatever food we are intaking have some limitation.some people avoiding rice completely is bad for health.

    Depending on our climates only we have to intake foods

    In abroad countries they are following a different food concept and ours will be completely different.for our country our food concept is a correct format but most people having craze on abroad foods and avoiding our healthy foods.thats very bad and some times it make us week.

    intake of little rice will helps to have stamina in hot places.mainly our country is a hot climate oriented one.

    next we have to regularly intake fibre rich foods like carrot,beans,beetroot,avarakaai and radish(but have to be avoided for indigestion people)

    drumstick leaves,drumstick are very rich in iron,folic acid .its recommended for both male and female

    a single gooseberries is equivalent to 4 apples.so intaking regularly will improve the health from top to bottom of our body.

    mostly iron rich foods are basically increase the heat hence drinking more water or juice or buttermilk is good which avoid the problems caused by it

    we have to intake watery based vegetables like pumpkin which also helps in weight loss and avoid the stone formation in kidney,chow chow,surakkai

    we have to intake cauliflower which is also rich in folic acid,cabbage in limited amount.

    fresh green pea not only a tasty one it also helps in weight loss.

    Mostly we have to use a balanced diet in our food.that means if one day if we had unbalanced means other day we have to limit it

    Ginger sombu and garlic plays a major role in our food which helps in digestion and gas problem.it avoid constipation

    Taking vitamin c rich foods is good for health but have to be taken limitedly as it has some acidic nature

    fasting once in a week is good.in that situation you can intake fruits and milk for the whole day or half day.it expel out the poisonous thing present on our body

    More important thing is dont control urine.always have a habit of drinking water by sipping slowly so that it reaches all parts of the body and the urine flow is moderated.drinking more water slowly is best than drinking fastly.if we drink water fastly harshly it reaches the bladder directly.so it make us to urinate more which our body lacks the mositure.this avoid indigestion and make us a glow and fresh.helps in weightloss too

    using fat free oil is good.i can strongly recommend Extra Virgin Olive oil can be use.using or adding in cooked food,salads is best than using in cooking food

    sunflower and other fat free oils can also be used in cooking

    reduce the intake of ghee,butter dont avoid it completely

    Depending on our BMI we have to follow our diet and weightloss concept.

    eating all foods in small quantity wont harm the health

    mainthing is eating always a diet foods and green foods was a boring one so we can have some fat foods inbetween avoiding fat foods make us to lose good fats too

    potatoes are very good for health.so we can intake it weekly once like fry

    dont follow heavy diets and exercise always go gradually.

    sweet potatoes also good for health burn more calories.exercise increase the body heat and water content will be reduced by sweats.so drinking plenty of water slowly is good

    Eating horsegram is good for health which gives more power to our body and helps in weight loss too.

    Calcium rich milk,tomato,avarakai,curd we have to intake more especially during rainy days and cool climate

    if we are in cool climate then we have to intake mild heat creating foods and if we are in hot climate we have to intake cool producing foods like buttermilk,ragi,kambu,curd,watermelon,cucumber,onion

    small onions is rich in iron and having cooling effect.during cool climate we have to use it limitedly

    Coming to non veg fish are best which are rich in omega and controls the heart problems mainly and increase the eye power and externally avoid dark circles of eye

    intaking vitamin E rich foods make us always young.

    Corn is more rich in iron than maize.having corn in all forms is good but cornflour,maida,kadalai maavu are not healthy but we can have in little amount.

    Mutton are more healthy than chicken.mostly in chicken some hormone based injections are injected.it spoils our health.buying meat and chicken we have to first buy a tender one.

    chicken heart is very good for health,chicken is heavy fibre rich so you can have it but as it produce heat on body.in cooling climate you can have some moderated chicken and hot climate light quantity

    In all non veg items ginger,garlic,sombu,seeragam plays major role.

    Crab can be taken for heavy cold .it has also heat.prawn also having heat.all can be taken limitedly

    Mushroom is very very good for health in always but we have to wash it properly and then have to cook

    In non veg items first we have to wash well.so (kal uppu) big salt,turmeric have to be added and mix well in non veg items and then wash.wash for 3-4 times.it kill the bacterias,virus,worms and all micro organisms present in it

    Mutton is good for health but have to taken limited,steamed chicken good for health

    reducing masala items is more good for health

    Eating a egg weekly once is good.

    eating two boiled egg a day will help in weight loss but may cause gas problem.so we have to be carefull

    cook well the egg and eat

    non veg always have to be cooked well and then only good for health

    but vegetables can be full or half cooked.

    goat liver is rich in irons so womens can intake it weekly twice is good


    urad dhal is good for health which reduce backpain and strong the hip and back
