    Rental rates in Thiruvanmiyur & Madipakkam

    Hi

    I need to know th rental rates in Thiruvanmiyur and Madipakkam.

    1 or 2 bedroom house, what could be the rental?

    I notice that some of them are asking 15K per month in valmiki nagar for 2 bedroom. Is it really that much?

    Hope some one could help on this? :bowdown

    Hi Boss,

    The rental rates in thiruvanmiyur are too high...3 years back,a 4 BHK flat without any big furnishing costed Rs 12000/month...so 15K/month right now is not a big deal....since thiruvanmiyur is pretty close to tidel park,the rates are too high and since the IT professionals share the rooms,even though the rentals are high,they are kind of comfortable as this place is pretty close to the bus stand,the MRTS and shopping too is very easy...rental rates have never come down since then.owners are completely using this oppurtunity....anywhere in thiruvanmiyur is costly nowadays
