Dear ilities, As per your wishes I am back from India safe and sound, with my children on Aug.15th. To be true, I have energised myself more than before after meeting with other ilities in the Chennai meet. Compliments, about my children being brought up, mainly goes to my husband, who is deeply rooted in our culture and of course, my children get their due share because of their interest in our culture. I conveyed your wishes to them for which they are always thankful. On a lighter note, if they are brought up in Chennai maybe they would be like American citizens? sriniketan
Welcome back Sri, Iam a pretty new lLITE, I've seen the meeting pictures. All of you are excellent. I really liked your children. I couldn't believe that they are from U.S , they look very simple and more Indian. I agree with chitvish on this. How is that possible Sri? To bring up children in foreign nation with our Indian culture. Please share with us more about it. It would be a good tip for many of our Ilites outside our country.
