hi friends, i do't have electric beater,but i want to make fresh cream icing..with fresh cream(here i can't get heavy cream)....how to whip the cream...i tried with fork...in mixed also...is there any trick...or i need a electric beater...
Take on steel bowl and keep it in fridger. Keep cream in fridger for 5 min. Take egg beater(Manual one) It is in the form of spring.(Cost arnd 10-20 Rs) . Take another bowl and fill it with ice cubes. Keeb the above steel bowl on it and pour cream in it. Now using egg beater beat the cream till it shows little perks.Add icing sugar , vanilla essence and color of Ur choice. Beat again till peaks appear. Use it immediately.
