how to take care of Breastmilk while travelling?.

Hi IL,
I have to travell alone to Mumbai for 3 days leaving my daughter 9months. she will be taken care by my mother or DH no worries about that. Any suggestion to take care as i feel very hard even if i didnt give her my milk for half day.

hi,freshiya,

medicines are available to control breast milk u can contact ur gyna or child pediatrist.
but if want to continue to breastfeed ur kids after coming back then say no to medicines.
u can pump out the amount of breastmlk u feed ur kid in regular intervals. for all those days. so it wont effect the breastfeed supply and amount ( my granny used to say use mallikaipoo in ur chest so u wont have the feeling of heavinessand smell of breastfeeding)
