How to store Dosa/Idly batter for a month

    I agree...I think it's a little unhealthy to store food / batter for such a long time...For dosa, the batter can be stored upto 2 weeks ..then MTR instant dosa mix and idly mix can be used...If your husband spends about an hour of his time on weekend, he can grind batter in mixie/wet grinder, it's quite simple...He can also make simple rice items and sabjis and buy chapathis from outside.

    I have seen many guys learned cooking easily, but they cannot match ladies, I truly accept, becoz everyone says I am cooking very good, but honestly my cooking only me and my wife can tolerate.

    My FIL never been to kitchen for even boiling water, but when he has to stay outside for work recently, he started cooking for himself, infact he find it interesting.
