How To Relieve Chest Pain Due To Emotional Stress

    I notice when I get emotional stress, I get chest pain

    A broken heart can really kill someone

    Please tell me how to relieve my chest pain

    I should be thankful for what i have, but sometimes we all deal with lot of things

    Have you checked your vitamin profile? While psychological stress is one, the vitamin D deficiency generally is the first thing everyone checks when you say chest pain. Maybe it is a quick fix for you. My colleague had this same problem and vit D fixed for him and of course other tablets too

    talk to good doc. you might need very very light anti depressants. something like 6 months. you willl feel a difference and then you can reduce from daily to alternate to 1 a week.

    not a good sign. do overall blood work.

    I will check Vit D ( was normal a month ago)


    I faced psychological stress for past 10 years(abuse, cheating, miscarriage, police, lawyers, family courts, doctors appointments for caregiving) now I am processing it.

    All of this could have been avoided.
