How to get rid of Stretch Marks and the Tummy

Hi,

I have no stretch marks and i m back to my previous structure except the tummy.How to get rid of this sagging tummy .How to tighten my tummy skin.Any excercises?Plz help.

The stretch marks on abdomen are basically deep scars caused due to the stretching of the skin. Like any other deep scar of the skin, these marks, would vanish to some extent............and a large part of stretch marks will remain permanently on the abdomen.

If your stretch marks vanished partly, it is due to your own body correcting it. (The process is called 'scar remodelling'). It is not due to any thing applied over it.

The best treatment is to accept the reality (that it is permanent and can not be changed) psychologically.
