    1. Nominate a good quality post for Finest Posts. If your nomination wins the finest post, you will get an IL T-Shirt. Look for the current month nomination thread in the Finest Post sub-forum and start nominating.

    2. When you become a Gold Member (1000+ Posts), you will get an IL T-Shirt!

    3. If you win the Reputation contest, you get an IL T-Shirt!
