How to cook Greens and sprouted beans?

I have some doubts regarding cooking!
    1. When should I cut greens before or after wash?

2.Can I make it liquid(Soup) by filtering the boiled greens in cloth well?

3.If I cook sprouted nuts and beans will it have same benifits as raw?

    4,Date syrup or Dates Healthy?

Please let me know what will be best regarding health,
    Thanks in Advance.

B.N: I believe,Boys searching this forum not an issue

    hi,
if the greens are washed after it is cut,i heard that it's nutrients will be wasted, but not totally
you can make it a soup..by filtering greens
i hope raw sprouts will have more nutrients than cooked..but peanuts should be boiled or roasted! no other way..
both date syrup and raw dates are healthy..but raw dates can be eaten any way..but in the case of dates syrup,u have to mix milk and drink..it will be good if dates syrup is used a little like one spoon..
    thanks

    1. You should wash any vegetable before cutting. Not after cutting.

    2. I would suggest , boil the greens and make a paste in grinder and add water . You have spinach juice ready. Its not good to throw any part of green veggie. Mor eyou intake better it is,
    3. I have only tried sprouting beans , dont know about nuts. But how will you eat raw beans.. Not sure. Anyway sprout are more nutririous than any raw form.

    4. Eating dates is more healthy than syrup..

Ps: There is no issue with guys checking this site.

    Thanks,
    Ria
