How to avoid shipping tax in Amazon.com?

    Hi ,
    Can anyone tell me how can I avoid shipping tax while buying things from amazon! I dont know exactly but I think Seattle people are not billed sales tax . Is there something called Prime membership in Amazon which avoids shipping charges too!?.Let me know if anybody has tips on saving money on amazon.:thankyou2: All in Advance.

    I don't think you can avoid sales tax, unless your state is tax free.
