How to apply for EAD in US/Other EAD Questions

To whose name should I file the amount to get EAD?

hi,
I am thinking to take EAD.I am in L2 staying @ ohio.My question is to whose name should I take DD?..Is it to the same address that I have to send the documents?May be this a dumb question but I am so confused:bonk

Hi ILS,

I am also applying for EAD. I have the following questions about form I 765
I am on L2.

1) What should I say under "Manner of Last entry into the US" ? Is "Dependent" a valid answer ?
2) Current immigration status ? That would also be dependent

The form gives examples like student, visitor . I am not sure if I can put dependent there.
Also, if I file directly (not online), do I still have to take the biometric appointment or is it only for e-filing ?

I am on H4 and would like to apply for EAD? Is there any way I can get EAD?
I know I can't work in US when I am on H4. Any options for H4 people to work?

EAD is not issued for H4 visa
Try for any H1 B sponsors in next quota
