best way to gain weight is to induilge in carbohydrates...eat more on these and in just about 2 months you'll see great results...also include chocolates and fruits in diet...just remember to eat healthy!:thumbsup
Well if you are looking for gain a weight then start to eat foods which contain more protein and carbs. Follow a proper diet plan, you will get the nice output.
Oh great. I wish to be u. Anyway try carbohydrates in plenty, protein rich diets, etc U can eat rice, dry fruits, (particularly cashew nuts and pista) , curd, milk and other diary products besides sweets of your choice. U can include cakes too that increase your weight.
Hi Uma Here are my suggestions * Take a handfull of dryfruits like Badam,Pista,Cashew ..powder them...mix in milk and drink daily * Mix honey in milk and drink everyday before u go to bed * Take lot of carbohydrates.. * Boil black grapes in water and then keep aside till it becomes cool..Add sugar and drink.. Black grapes helps a lot in weight increase I was very thin...how much ever i ate,i never gained weight. I tried all these and it did work...i gained nearly 5-6 kgs in 2-3 months
