Surendra is the CEO of the Sigma One Software group and always believed in micro-managing for better results. His staff sometimes were left clueless about his mood swings and decisions, but were still attached to him, as he paid better than other firms.

He saw the outsourcing opportunity and wanted to make a big kill out of it. Right in the centre of a metropolitan city, he grabbed a few grounds at an exorbitant price. Then he contacted the best realtors available, and gave them a tight deadline to erect his "dream" building. They had come up with various designs, but he rejected most of them and finally agreed on a modern design, after forcing them to make a few changes to it.

The building was complete on time. He had already arranged to publish good reviews about the building in couple of dailies as well. He threw a grand party to his staff, who had agreed to work there. To his left and right sat the two executive vice presidents at the luncheon in the newly constructed building.

"Tell me! What do you think about this building?" he asked them. "Its so unique and to be honest, the most spacious and comfortable one that I have ever seen!" blurted one VP. The other said, "I am searching for words to describe the beauty of the architectural facade itself!". Surendra was pleased, but did not show it in his face.

Two months later, a neatly dressed youth boarded an auto from a nearby rail station to that building. As for location, he just mentioned Sigma One, the company name, where he had an interview scheduled that day. The auto driver was also new to that area, so he asked for directions to another one.

"Go straight and after the signal, take the left. You will find a new building shaped like a chimney! Thats the place!" he said.

    Hai RGS,

Straight hit from the heart well defined about the building shape. You have made it clear from everybody's eye view one thing cannot be defined by the same way.
    Very nice RGS.
