Homeopathic or ayurvedic medicines for thyroid defeciency ?

hi all..

I hav hypothyroid... i want to know if its a good idea to take homeopathic or ayurvedic medicine for this ? plz help me decide ...:hide:

Don't know. let us wait to hear from other ILites. But yoga surely helps. There are specific yoga therapy which helps to control the thyroid harmone

actually my TSH value is way tooo high n i hav heard ppl telling that if v go for alopathic med tere wil b lot of side effects at later stage in life...at the same time i hav also heard ppl saying dont go for ayurvedic or homeopathic for thyroid reatment as there is still no proved treatment that is available... so i am in confusion...any information abt this helps...

iam also suffering from hyper thyroid and taking homeopathy medicines as they say it will cure fully and no side effects also..

previously i had swelling in my throat but now it has reduced.
