    I live in kuwait and are planning a family holiday to the new york next year (in summer).We wanted to rent a one bedroom apartment in jackson- heights in newyork (not very expensive ).Can any one advise me . How do i go about.

    My friend has subletted an apt in NYC for a month which she found on Craigs List. You might try putting in an ad now and see what happens. She got a big apt in Spanish Harlem in a big old brownstone...it was good. She paid $1000 a month.
