    Hi Smriti,

I read your post sitting in my mom's place( my native)..
More than nostalgic it was a dream come true for me... I was actually crying after I read you post...

I will post the reason in a seperate thread...
No words to explain the feeling...

    Thanks
    Malar

    Hi Smriti,
very emotional post........I could not hold my tears while reading your post.... very touching...

childhood memories are always touching in more than one way.they are to be cherished always and close to hearts of girls especially as they are the ones who leave their cozy nests to fill warmth in their PIL's house
but unfortunately they don't understand their DIL's worth.
my thoughts are always roaming around my parents for everything whether for any suggestions or anything...and I get the solution.I thank my parents for... whatever I'm today is all because of them.We understand them better... only when we are far away or when we become parents ourselves.
Don't worry everything will fall into place.Have faith in GOD.

    Dear Smriti..
the above lines are so beautiful... so true for all adults (men and women) when we realise that our childhood has left us long back and nothing is the same or secure anymore..
beautiful tribute to your childhood home and family..
    loved reading
