Have a grat time with High Tea.

Make finger foods and some kind of rice.

deep Channa dal samosa, spinach dip, salsa and chips.

Simple and spicy pasta with vegetable will be good. Garlic bread will go with that.

You can make mini idlis with tomato chutney, Mint chutney and Coconut chutney.

May be plain rice with jeera and raita.

All these you can make it before and serve.

For Ice cream, buy the small individual ones. easy to serve.

You can try simple Veg Puff
or Tea sandwich - a triangle sandwich platter with 1 veg inside.

    Hi

    Try these
    1) veg puffs / egg puffs .egg puff is fairly simple.Boil eggs.cut into half.saute onions with salt and chilli powder.wrap some sauted onion & egg half in pastry sheet and bake for 110-15 mins.

2)veg sandwich - boil potatoes, cut some veggies , make paste of coriander&green chilli.toast bread, apply butter and chutney on loaf and put veggies ..use some cheese on top.

For an all Indian menu - Try to keep one heavy snack , two light snacks and a sweet.

Heavy- Pav Bhaaji, Cholle Kulcha, Bread Chaat, Aloo Tikki with chole, Stuffed Kulcha
Light- Channa (Kabuli or kale)/ Corn / Sprout Chaat, Khaman with chutney, Cocktail idly with chutney, Veg Kababs with spicy mint Chutney , Bonda

For the Drinks - Soup, Juices, aerated drinks, tea/coffee(would prefer to keep all in stock for that day)

Depending on your guests can have a fusion menu too.
